Mainly because it’s so good that I need to nerd out.
This is one of those rare offers.

Just an incredibly easy way to get the Southwest Companion Pass.
(which is still the best deal in domestic travel)
So, here are my thoughts:
If you get this offer and haven’t received a Southwest bonus in the last 24 months, this really is a killer deal. That’s assuming you can still get approved for Chase cards. As always, if you’ve opened five or more personal credit cards in the last 2 years, you’re probably going to get denied.
But, other than that, if you’ve been targeted for this deal…
SERIOUSLY CONSIDER GOING FOR IT.
